New Dwelling – North Ferriby

We were entrusted by a well-established local building contractor to design their dream home, capitalising on the unique qualities of their site whilst overcoming challenges of overlooking.

The build elegantly mixes several facing materials, and the form is softened and complimented by the landscaping and existing mature trees.

The dwelling has some truly unique features including a curved entrance hall and a client designed elliptical staircase. The home boasts large open plan living spaces to the rear, a cinema room, and a luxury master suite occupying the full 2nd floor. The suite features an inset balcony to take in the breath-taking views over the Humber Estuary and a bath with an equally stunning view of its own.
